1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on kxv8. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where kxv8 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and any bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kxv8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Security

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

- System malfunction: In the event of a documented platform or game malfunction that demonstrably affects the outcome of a bet, kxv8 will review the incident and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
kxv8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, kxv8 is not obligated to provide advance notice, though reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the decision to the affected player.
Circumstances under which kxv8 may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the account.
- A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player through their payment provider.
